Introduction:
We begin by scheduling a 30 minute appointment that works for you.
During the appointment we will take measurements and develop a plan for your outdoor living renovation.
Determine a budget. A budget can help us make recommendations for material choices and add-ons.
We take notes of your likes and dislikes, tastes, and preferred styles for your dream outdoor spaces.
We will offer our professional suggestions on necessary replacements and touch base on material options that fit into your budget and match your style.
After creating a plan from our consultation, we then create a preliminary estimate for you with detailed descriptions as well as a timeline for the scope of work.
Building with RIGID Group:
After accepting the estimate, we will set up a date to begin construction and go over any potential changes since our last meeting.
We never ask for funding up front ahead of our scheduled start date unless otherwise noted during our initial consultation. We simply request for 50% down for most residential projects the first day we begin services. The remainder is paid upon completion.
We believe in strong communication so we like to update you regarding project progression during the installation process to keep you updated as much as possible.
Completion:
Once complete, we walk through with our team to double check the project/ working area.
Then we take you on a tour of the finished project and provide suggestions (if any) on how to care and maintain your newly completed project to get the most out of your new investment.
At this time we collect the final payment and provide a receipt which includes a detailed list of the services we provided. We also issue credits at this time if changes to the project were made during the construction process to save you money. Our goal is to provide the best service and remain budget friendly saving money where possible without sacrificing quality.
