The guiding question for the work of the Teaching and Learning Subcommittee is "What do we value?" with respect to the student experience, demonstration of learning, and the use of time within the school day. Committee members reviewed non-negotiables such as the REA Contract, graduation requirements, and the Ridgewood Public Schools Beliefs and Practices document, which outlines the district's mission and vision when creating priorities for scheduling considerations.Â
