4" Traction Wheels
Big rubber wheels that have good stability and great grip on the field while driving. Unlike 2.75" traction wheels, these wheels can be inserted with both the square and circle hub inserts to use on the axles.

5" Traction Wheels
This is the biggest wheel in the Ridgefield Robotics Lab and they are also completely surrounded by rubber but with these wheels there are extra rubber bumps for a even better grip with the ground. These wheels come with built in square hub inserts and they are now discontinued by VEX.

2.75" Omni Wheels
Small plastic and rubber wheel that has little wheels on itself. Due to those tiny wheels, a robot can move forward, backward, turn, and move side to side. These wheels can use both square and circle hub inserts.

Mecanum Wheels
Like Omni wheels, these wheels have smaller ones on them, but the smaller wheels are tilted at a 45° angle for more mobility. When you use these on your robot they move forward, backward, side to side, diagonal, and they turn. They have a left and right wheel variation based on which side the small wheels are tilted. These wheels can use both square and circle hub inserts.
