How?

At ERMS, we encourage our staff and our students to take a moment to recognize how they are feeling - stressed, frustrated, angry, upset, happy, excited, sad, etc. - and in that pause, be present with those feelings. This creates a space between our reactions and our environment that allows a more healthy, productive response. The activities and resources linked above are here to provide information, exercises, and awareness about Mindfulness and the benefits of including it in daily life. Feel free to explore these helpful links.

Enjoy!
