VISION-FORWARD ARTS TEACHER
From his earliest days teaching creative drama and acting for youth throughout the greater Washington, D.C. region (including Fairfax County, Montgomery County, the City of Fairfax, Bethesda Academy of Performing Arts/Imagination Stage and more - to more recent academic work at Rider University, Dellinger is, at his core, a teacher. His Masters in Arts Administration was earned while serving as a rarified Teaching Fellow in Theater for The American University in Washington, where he taught sections in Beginning Acting and assisted in teaching Improvisation, Theatre History, Advanced Acting, Directing and other topics. He taught Arts Management at Saint Edward’s College in Austin even as he built his successful producing & educating programs with TexARTS which he co-founded and taught within, and of course to this day continues to teach undergraduate aspiring Arts Leaders at Rider University.
At Rider, he developed the Arts & Entertainment Industries Management (AEIM) program from the ground up, including expansive Curriculum/Program Design, Development & Administration as well as Delivery in the BA and prerequisite MA curricula.
