To process self-report CEUs:

Submit ONE evaluation and CEU report for the entire conference. You do not need to fill our individual evaluations for CEUs each workshop.

You will need to fill out the conference evaluation first, and then you will be directed to submit your self-report CEUs for the workshops you attended at the Region V Conference.
