✏️This Week's Homework:
Wednesday: compass rose quiz
We will review the compass rose directions, and a quiz will be administered Wednesday. The students will have to identify both cardinal directions (N, E, S, W) and intermediate directions (NE, NW, SE, SW) on a compass rose. We will wrap up the "Hero" writing activity on Tuesday. Continuing with map skills, the students will learn about different types of maps and symbols. We will begin a partner activity later in the week where students will create a classroom map.
