The SOAR Application Process

The SOAR application windows are announced on ParentSquare and StudentSquare. Interested students should use the information from the postings to apply.  

Note, the application process requires students to obtain an unofficial transcript from their school counselor, as well as obtain teacher recommendations. Applicants must also submit a 500 word essay in response to a prompt provided during the application window. 

There are typically two application windows opened each year for SOAR - one in the fall and one in the spring.  Students MUST apply before junior year.

The application is accessible to students through their richland2.org student email account.  The application is not accessible otherwise.
