Remember today will be an elearning day - be sure that you are staying focused and completing the assignments that your teachers have assigned to you. Grab your family and take a Dance Brain Break - don't forget to practice your Yoga Freeze Pose! After you finish, grab your AVID binder and be sure to record your heart rate!
