The R2 Innovates Incubator is a place for teams to develop their ideas and put them into action for the benefit of students and staff in Richland Two. If you've ever had a great idea but put it aside because you weren't sure that you would have the support, this is the place for you.
Got a team with an idea?

April and May - Implementing Flexible Days
Selection Criteria:
We're looking for incredibly smart, passionate, and motivated educators with ideas that scale and impact outcomes for students in the areas of learning, character, community, and joy. In the end, we choose TEAMS of educators whom we believe in. The innovators we support have the skill and the drive to make their ideas become a reality. All applying teams will be invited to make their pitch to our team. A two-day design session for all teams will be held in September as our kick-off. Team members must attend the workshop to be considered for our next cohort of innovators.
Final pitches of ideas will be held in late November, and proceeding teams will have through the spring to make their ideas come to life!
Application Video Instructions:
In your video, please introduce yourselves and your ideas. Tell us anything else you want us to know about your idea. Please do not simply read a script - pretend that you're talking to someone on a video call, telling them about yourselves and your idea. The video should be one to two minutes long. It can be in any format, but an easy solution is to upload it to YouTube and mark it as unlisted. Once your video is posted, you can place the URL in the application form.
