Mentoring Program

The CAT mentoring program offers sophomore students the chance to build relationships with industry professionals. These mentors listen to the student and engages them in conversation. They also impact the student's growth by sharing their own experiences in selecting an academic and/or career path. In this program, discussion about academic and career goals is highly promoted and encouraged. The mentors challenge students to move beyond their comfort zone. They also focus on the student's total development as a CAT student and future professional.
