What Can I Do For You?

· Advocate for a student and family for educational as well as community services 

· Educate on social issues, mental health issues, risk factors affecting students, and resources in the area

· Provide Individual, family and group counseling 

· Connect and refer a family to local resources as well as school resources and make sure they use them effectively

· Help with Attendance issues

· Home visits to help provide in depth services to help connect a family to a school 

· If a family is in a homeless situation making sure they know their rights and they have access to resources in the area

· Serve as a team member with other school personnel to determine intervention strategies for students facing difficulties

· Support and offer counsel to help families make better decisions

· Implement prevention and intervention strategies
