I was born and raised right here in Columbia, South Carolina! I served in the Army Reserve for 12 years before joining the Richland 2 family. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education at the University of South Carolina, and worked with the Center for Child Development for two years at Jackson Creek. I am currently finishing my Master of Library and Information Science at the University of South Carolina.
