Teacher Leadership Program
TEACHER LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Teacher Leadership Program is an initiative that was implemented during the 2023-2024 school year with attempts to align 7-12 RMS and RCHS Curriculum with State and National Standards. Instructional coaches will work with teachers to align their coursework, implement best practices in the classroom, and review student data to ensure for targeted and effective changes to the academic experience for students in the Richland School District. The curricular work is part of RSD's efforts to provide a guaranteed and viable curriculum that is transparent to all stakeholders (students, parents, teachers, administrators, and community members) in the Richland School District.
