California's Proposition 65
Like many manufacturers and suppliers of products that may end up in the state of California, we are required to add California's Proposition 65 Warning to our product packaging when the product may result in an exposure to one or more listed chemicals. This requirement extends to providing an additional Proposition 65 warning to our online product listings.
As a part of California's Proposition 65 mandate, we are required to inform you that if you intend to resell our products, you must also add the Proposition 65 Warning to your online listings of our products. In turn, if your customer intends to resell any of our products, either online or through other channels, you must pass these requirements on to them. Online warnings must be shone on the product display page, or by otherwise prominently displaying the warning to the purchaser prior to completing the purchase. A warning is not prominently displayed if the purchaser must search for it in the general content of the website.
If you remove our packaging or alter our labels before selling our products, you must add California's Proposition 65 Warning so that it is prominently displayed on your product packaging. The entire warning must be in a type size no smaller than the largest type size used for other consumer information on the product. In no case shall the warning appear in a type size smaller than 6-point type.
In order to be compliant with California's Proposition 65, both the product packaging and online listing needs to be displayed with the same symbols, characters, and URL as follows:
⚠WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
If the product label used to provide the warning includes consumer information about a product in languages other than English, then the Proposition 65 warning must also be provided in those languages.

The failure to follow these instructions will make you solely responsible for defending and indemnifying us from a claimed Proposition 65 violation arising out of your sale or listing of our product.
