Once a group arrives back at their departure point, students are dismissed and allowed to go home.
Please can I remind you that your son/daughter should have a good breakfast before leaving home and bring a packed lunch and drink(s) for the day. It is also recommended that if your son/daughter suffers from travel sickness appropriate medication/treatment may be required.
Students can bring their mobile phone BUT should not use it until on the vehicle for the return journey, but SHOULD NOT bring their iPads. If social interaction is not a strong point for your son/daughter, he may want to consider bring a reading book for the journey as the journey will probably take around an hour each way.
If you would like to join us, we will have some room at the Cathedral for parents and family, which will be in the side chapel. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide transport for parents so you would need to make your own way there. The easiest way would be National Rail to Waterloo and the Cathedral is a short walk from there.
