Abstract

In this project called "Paint mixing, sealing and packing machine" whose purpose is to facilitate and optimize the production of said product, since this will be an automated machine in charge of carrying out various processes that facilitate, reduce and optimize industrial costs . Its objective is to demonstrate to the paint-producing industry an effective alternative for production and optimization in the elaboration of its main product and to design an adequate, efficient and viable system in each process of the machine.

The machine works in a linear way and its operation is divided into several stages, starting with the process of inserting the empty paint cans into the band, at this point the band is activated when three cans are there, and it will stop at the stage filling, where the three cans will be filled, after this process the band is activated again and passes to the sealing stage where the lids will be waiting for the passage of the cans where some rolls will seal it, once this lid is finished without stopping the band the cans reach the final stage where they will be packed manually.
