Abstract

It is safe to assume that almost all of us have consumed coconut, either on a trip to the beach or in a drink that are now very popular, in soaps, fibers, but what about peel'? that hard layer that protects the contents of this fruit.

The idea of the project is to develop machinery that will allow a more environmentally friendly product to be presented, which could be combined with soil and used as compost, unlike plastic plates or unicel that take between 500 and a thousand years to degrade.

Using recycling as a tool to get materials is a technique that is currently used to reduce pollution and also present a new alternative to take advantage of 100% of the products offered by coconut. In this way taking into account the benefits of coconut tow when used in more efficient and useful ways such as cooking, because it does not cause atrocious damage to the environment, which is due to the lack of human education and awareness of nature.

The proposal of making dishes with coconut tow and recycled paper in addition to being this a more ecological alternative is also an alternative that developing in large quantities can reduce production costs and be a viable solution for nature and for the consumer’s pocket.
