Abstract

The project is called "Paradise" Hotel & Resort, it is called "Paradise" because it seeks to provide a good space, quiet and relaxing, to be like paradise for anyone who visits it. The location of this project is located in Carretera Ataco-Apaneca, 300mts from the Gas Station Ruta Las Flores, Department of Ahuachapán. It is distributed so that all spaces have good accessibility not only to guests or employees but also to visitors, from the large spaces for entertainment (swimming pools, restaurant, etc.) to the spacious rooms that have a terrace to enjoy the wonderful view of this place. The project has four areas: administrative area, room area, social area and service area; In the administrative area are all the necessary spaces for customer service to provide good care, in the room area (mentioned above) ideal for rest and enjoyment, then we have the social area (also mentioned above) which has several spaces for entertainment such as: pool area, restaurant, bar, events room and for those who wish to entertain through exercise we have courts and gym. Finally, in the service area we have all the necessary spaces to offer a good assistance; it also has ample parking and large green areas to enjoy the best way.
