PREPARATION

Tourism is one of the major resources for the economic development of El Salvador. In addition to the country's excellent natural attractions, with paradisiacal beaches, a mild tropical climate and lush landscapes, there is also an important archeological and ecological heritage, with colonial and pre-Columbian vestiges, as well as national reserves.

However, in recent decades, the diversity and ecological balance of the country have suffered the harsh impact of urbanism, pollution and solution; the increasing concentration of the population in urban areas has led to a greater agglutination of the population in the southern and western regions of the country (especially in the Metropolitan Area of San Salvador).

One quality of the territory is that it is small in size. El Salvador is known as "the country of the 40 minutes", due to the fact that from the capital you can access in that time to different tourist places: beaches along the south of the territory, mountains located in the north west and the towns of the interior.

Due to all the above mentioned, the idea of proposing a tourist center arose, this can benefit the growth of tourism in the area where it would be located, since in the country some places are very close, this can be taken advantage of so that whoever is nearby can enter to take a look, enjoy the facilities and relax.

What is sought is to offer a safe and entertaining space, for all public to better enjoy the experience of visiting El Salvador and know the most attractive places that this country has, without having to be far away because there are almost no places like these in the country and if there are not in a very accessible place and places like these are needed to promote tourism.

The project aims to generate tourism development in the hotel sector in the Ruta de las Flores. Therefore, it is proposed to generate more income from tourists in the place, in order to attract more customers interested in recreation, relaxation activities and sports, as one of the main tourist attractions is that tourists would have a modern and accessible lodging option near their route to visit, with a very affordable price, offering access to all recreational areas of the hotel. On the other hand, it also seeks to attract business meeting tourism clients in this project involves the private sector, which is the hotel chain, the indirect public sector, etc.

The main beneficiaries of this project would be tourists and foreigners, mainly those traveling for vacation and business purposes. The project is proposed for 12,894 square meters which requires cozy spaces for the client, as well as integrated environments overlooking the landscape as it was observed that many customers prefer some services such as social and restaurant overlooking the landscape which can offer a quality food with local flavors, existence of cozy spaces where one can rest in a modern and ecological hotel plant separated from the common areas, which can offer a natural panorama and to observe the environment and have contact with nature. Also to rescue the family quality in expanding recreational areas, since in our country there are very few places which provide recreational activities, and this is where we want to offer a modern, accessible and ecological recreational area.
