The project consists of a restaurant called "OPERA D'ARTE" was thought and created to have a modern design on the outside that generally represents the era in we currently live, another design that generally represents a Home style was also mixed. All the people who visit it feel at home, which in this case is the Italian style, this project is located in the department of la Libertad, Tamanique, El street to Bosque subdivision, main street # 3L, with a wide land in nature and near the sea. For this project, a series of problems near the area as well as in it were investigated, in which possible solutions and objectives were found with this project could be carried out, it was also thought about the limits and scope that it could reach the restaurant. For this, the project followed a series of methodologies so that its continuity was possible, of course it was also investigated if its terrain was an act to later be used with a site analysis which determines where the winds come from, the points of the sun, its topography and unevenness, each step to make the restaurant was met with a series of criteria that help the project to be functional both architecturally and for the beneficiaries, it was thought about the needs of people to design a restaurant with accessibility and functional possible the restaurant that today is known as “OPERA D'ARTE”.
