Abstract

The project is based on an apartment complex which consists of the union of 3 towers each oriented differently but unified by a single corridor, having it facilitates circulation and provides greater security both to go down level by level using stairs or elevators as well as to move from one side to another on the building level.

There are 6 apartments per level, being 10 floors we have 60 apartments per building, that is to say, having 3 complexes there is a total of 180 apartments.

Each apartment has the following:

- Living room.

- Dining room.

- Kitchen room.

- 1 Social bathroom.

- 1 Master bedroom with private bathroom included.

- 2 secondary bedrooms.

- Terrace.

- Laundry room and clothesline.

Ideally for a traditional nuclear family or a maximum of 4 people.

The design of the buildings is based on their architectural style which is "Functionalism". Very characterized by its longitudinal windows in most spaces of the apartment, counting of course with natural lighting and correct ventilation. Also add the good use of each space with the correct and necessary furniture.
