Abstract

It is known that in many countries there are problems such as the housing deficit, however in El Salvador there is a much higher deficit than in other countries, because of our small territory, however despite having a fairly high deficit it is not being given the importance it deserves, the strongest cause of this huge problem is our over population, which continues to grow and grow and in 1992 in El Salvador were affected about 944,000 families and thanks to the constant rates of population growth and the housing deficit continues to increase. Therefore the proposal was made and the best solution found was to build an apartment tower, for the reason that it will solve a little the problem of the land, since the apartments occupy much less space than if houses were built, it would solve a little the problem of security since the apartments have cameras in the common areas, the corridors of the building and the parking lot; also security guards that are making their rounds, since the purchase of an apartment is cheaper than buying a house, it is a little easier to pay it on time without getting into debt, which helps the economy of the country a little more, not to mention that the qualitative and quantitative problem of the country would be reduced, since if any problem arises in the apartment there are specialized people to help and there will be a limit of people who can live per apartment. Since the country is not economically stable, we would look for foreign investors to invest in our project and thus have long term profits.
