The housing problem in El Salvador has caused special attention to the quality of housing in which the population currently resides. It is the obligation of the State to guarantee that all inhabitants have a decent quality of life, that all families have a home in optimal conditions, that meets the characteristics, without exceptions, of a functional home so that all members can develop in their fullness and become useful individuals for society. The satisfaction of the inhabitants and the fulfillment of their needs have been a propelling factor for countries to advance, since having individuals in their maximum capacity to work ensures progress in the necessary areas for the region to move, being the countries with the best quality of life those that are currently more developed and stand out for their advances in science, economy, industry, arts, education and other fundamental aspects of human development.
Currently, El Salvador is not part of this group of countries that stand out for their excellent quality of life and vigilance in guaranteeing the rights of citizens to grow in an environment of security in housing aspects. The concern for the current situation is what has led its servants to devise a proposal that meets the needs of the Salvadoran family of the middle class, always trying to find the best way to protect the integrity of the inhabitants and address the problems that most manifest in Salvadoran homes, such as: havoc in rainy seasons, poor temperature insulation, defective foundations that endanger the lives of the inhabitants, poor ventilation, insufficient space for all members, among other conditions that attack and compromise the way of life of the Salvadoran population.
