Abstract

The autonomous robotic equipment supports the IT staff in the event of server management failures. This provides an environment of greater efficiency and speed in operations. Currently the work is mostly done by humans, but due to the growing trend of growth in the industry and Cloud-based platforms, it is expected that it will become very necessary to rely on autonomous robotic equipment to meet the demand for maintenance that future server installations will have.

El Salvador is a country whose people make high use of technology to better perform the working activities they have to do. When a technological service they use goes down, it is common for people to panic because they do not know what is happening. Having a proper, albeit limited, knowledge of what the providers of these services do, will allow people to make better decisions when these failures occur. Digital resources such as videos, short articles and trivia have been useful in generating appropriate content to further this educational cause. A population that is well educated in technology gains a competitive advantage over others.
