Qwick is a logistics management platform designed to streamline and optimize delivery operations for various sectors, including retail stores and banks. The project was initiated to address the inefficiencies commonly found in logistics processes, such as the lack of real-time visibility and poor resource allocation. Qwick offers a two-part solution: a mobile application built with Flutter for couriers, and a web application developed with React, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS for administrators.
The mobile app empowers couriers to receive and update delivery statuses in real-time while optimizing delivery routes with geolocation features. On the other hand, the web application provides administrators with the tools to oversee deliveries, assign orders, track inventory, and generate reports on logistics performance.
The project followed a structured development process, including the design, implementation, and testing phases. The system underwent thorough testing, with feedback from pilot users helping refine the user experience. Qwick ultimately provides businesses with an integrated platform to improve operational efficiency, reduce delivery times, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
