You only need to create one (1) "BCI & PRAXIS II Scores" Portfolio in Anthology. You will use this same portfolio to submit updated BCI's each year and new PRAXIS II score results.

How to Submit Your BCI & PRAXIS II Scores in Anthology - Video
Log into Anthology
Click the Menu on the left-hand side of your screen, choose Work > My Coursework >click on the "New Portfolio" button.
Put a name in for the portfolio (i.e. BCI & PRAXIS II Scores) and you are going to choose "BCI & PRAXIS II Scores" from the "Table of Contents" drop down list. Click "Create"
Once you have created your BCI & PRAXIS II Scores portfolio, please refer to the steps below. If you have questions on what you need to submit to this sub-section, please contact your Professor.
■ You need to upload your BCI as a pdf or jpeg.
■ You will upload your BCI to the “BCI & PRAXIS II Scores” portfolio in Anthology. You only need to create one (1) "BCI & PRAXIS II Scores" Portfolio in Anthology. You will use this same portfolio to submit updated BCI's each year.
Directions for setting up your BCI & PRAXIS II Portfolio for the first time:
1. Log into Anthology
2. Click on “Menu”, then “Work”, and then “My Coursework”
3. Click “New Portfolio” (the blue tab at the top of “My Portfolios” page)
4. Name your Portfolio “BCI & PRAXIS II Scores” with your last name and first initial (example: “BCI & PRAXIS II Scores - KirkJT”)
5. Click on “Table of Contents” and select the “BCI & PRAXIS II Scores” portfolio template from the dropdown menu
6. Click “Create”
7. Uploading files:
*TO UPLOAD BCI, click on your program name or FNED 101 or 246.
*TO UPLOAD PRAXIS II SCORES, click on the PRAXIS II Scores section at the very bottom of the table of contents.
8. Click “Add Content”
9. Click “Add File” and then “Insert Content Here”
10. Select the files to be inserted
11. Click “Insert Files” and the “SUBMIT” button at the top of page
12.Click “Submit” again; the assessor’s name should show up in the Assessor’s name box, and the STATUS tab in the top right corner will turn green and say submitted
■ Note: If you create your portfolio and are not ready to submit your BCI, save your portfolio and you can go back in to submit at another time.
Directions for submitting your BCI or PRAXIS II scores at another time:
1. Go to Dashboard
2. Select “Portfolios”
3. Click on “Go to My Portfolios”
4. Click on the BCI & Praxis II Scores portfolio you created
5. Select “Edit Portfolio”
6. Follow directions above (steps 7-12) to upload your BCI
■ Based on the courses you are enrolled in, you may need a valid BCI for more than one course.
○ If the courses are in the same program, you only have to submit the BCI once.
○ If the courses are in different programs, you may be asked to submit them in two places on Anthology.
1. Log in to Anthology (www.ric.chalkandwire.com), go to the Main Menu (left side of page), and click on “My Results”.
2. If you have submitted work to Anthology for other courses, you may see many rows of scored and pending assessments. To narrow you options, in the “Search” box on the right side of your computer screen type in: BCI.
3. You will see the date your BCI was submitted and assessed. Select the most recently submitted and assessed BCI. You can sort the table by clicking on the arrows next to the column header.
There are three (3) possible outcomes of rubric scores:
4. To print out or take a screen shot of your BCI, click on the row with the most recent assessed BCI. In the pop-up menu click “View Details”.
5. You can take a screen shot of the resulting page confirming your submitted and approved BCI, or print it out or save it as a PDF.
