What? RIASP Principal Coaching Program (PCP) SY 2025-2026
Empowering Principals to accelerate student learning through strength based leadership
Where? The following are the requirements to participate in the program.
Each SY client completes 20 to 25 hours of one-on -one virtual and/or in person coaching.
After completion of these requirements, clients & coaches will receive a certificate for professional learning hours/units.
When? Scheduling meetings is between coaches and clients, arranged by mutual agreement.
Why? By helping principals understand ways to implement and integrate district priorities in more strategic ways, RIASP coaching can accelerate student learning through strength based leadership.
How much? This service is free to RIASP members. The program is made possible through our partnerships with The Rhode Island Foundation and the RI Department of Education. If you have further questions please email kdonahue@riasp.org, Professional Development Coordinator/Consultant
