Developing and maintaining the motivation, appearance, discipline, efficiency, training, recruiting and retention, and conduct of the Group.
- Planning and coordinating all Group activities, facilitates, and resources.
- Ensuring all members of the cadet Group have the opportunity to develop leadership commensurate with their individual abilities.
- Coordinating with the SASI and ASI as required to accomplish the mission of the cadet Group and integrating the support the mission of the cadet Group and integrating the support of the cadet special assistants to the JROTC instructor staff.
- Ensuring the cadet key staff (Deputy commander, quality assurance officer, and squadron commanders) develop and implement goals for their functional areas.
- Developing and implementing overall cadet Group goals and synthesizing those of the key staff.
-Ensuring cadet complaints are investigated and viable suggestions are implemented.
- Ensuring each key staff member develops and implements an operations plan/ checklist for each functional activity.
- Conducting staff meetings with the entire Group staff at least once a week.
-Scheduling key staff meetings with the SASI and ASI weekly.
- Maintaining an awareness of everything that's going on in the cadet Group and taking the appropriate actions to make sure the Group and taking the appropriate actions to make sure the Group continues to meet its mission.
- Submits the updated cadet handbook at the end of the school year
- Performing other duties as assigned by the SASI/ASI.
- Assisting the Group Commanders and Deputy Group Commander as needed.
- Serving as gatekeeper at key staff meetings (ensuring meetings are set up by Group; keeping roll and listing those who miss meetings, tracking absences and tardies; ensuring the Mission Support staff publishes minutes; etc.)
- Ensuring Group staff meetings take place and keeping track of attendance at meetings.
- Ensuring all meetings schedules are posted and lists are kept current.
-Working with the Deputy Group Commander and Operations Squadron Commander to publish a weekly operations order (listing meetings, practices, service, and Color Guard operations.)
- Establishing a key leader uniform roster, in coordination with the proper notation, and keep track of those who meet/ fail to meet obligations (Coordinate with the inspector General.)
- Develop and maintain a master calendar of cadet events and post them on the cadet board, in coordination with the Deputy Group Commander.
- Send out weekly reminds to keep cadets informed and up to date
- Work with MSS to develop and post the Cadet chain of command board, with pictures.
- Review Group reports and summarize for the Group and Deputy Group Commander.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Group/ Deputy Commanders/ SASI or ASI.
-Command of the Group during absence of the Group Commander.
- Remaining aware of everything the Group commander is working so that commanding the Group during his/her absence does not present a problem.
- Supervising the Group staff.
- Administration of Group headquarters- the cadet area, including orderliness and usage by authorized cadets.
- Ensuring all cadet Group activities are conducted in accordance with current Air Force and school regulations, directives, instructions, policies and procedures.
- Developing and updating master monthly Group activity calendars and master weekly operations calendars, in supervision of the executive officer, posting on the cadet board and distributing to the SASI and ASI.
- Overseeing the scheduling and tracking of all corps activities and duty assignments.
- Chairing all cadet Evaluation Boards (promotion, demotion, disciplinary, etc.).
- Supervising and assisting the executive officer, special projects officer, quality assessment officer, and commander chief master sergeant in all assigned duties.
- Making sure Group commanders are conducting meetings as needed and leading/ managing their staffs in the direction needed to accomplish unit goals.
- Briefing the status of all areas at cadet meetings and key staff meetings.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Group commanders/ SASI or ASI.
- Monitoring, developing and maintaining the motivation, appearance, discipline, efficiency, training, recruiting, retention, and conduct on behalf of the Groups cadet enlisted members.
- Serving as mentor for the Group enlisted members, advising the cadet Group and commanders regarding the motivation, appearance, discipline, efficiency, training, recruiting, retention, and conduct of the Group's cadet enlisted members.
- Bring any and all complaints or grievances to the attention of the Senior staff for review and suggest possible solutions if needed.
-Perform any other tasks assigned by the Senior Staff.

- Lead by setting a good example for the cadets to follow.
- Serving as a coach, counselor, mentor, leader for all cadet enlisted members.

- Reports to the Group Commander.
-Advises the Group Commander on problems with the efficiency of the unit and suggests possible solutions.
-Develops training plans and assists training cadet staff on their duties of their positions.
-Fields complaints from cadets concerning issues within the corps or with other cadets and resolves them/passes them to the Group Commander.
- Monitors Wings
-Inspects, records, and monitors the Group Staff on if cadets are doing their jobs correctly and recommends removal from staff position if cadets are not doing the tasks.
-Makes sure the Cadet Staff is fulfilling their job description and proper procedures.
-Performs other duties directed by the Group CC or SASI/ASI
-Counseling will be given to the Inspector General if cadet fails to do their job.
-If cadet continues to fail their duties, then cadet will be removed from position and replaced.
-Reports to the Deputy Commander.
-Supervises Current, Planning, and Information Management.
-Ensures Professional appearance, discipline, training and conduct of the Operations Squadron.
-Establishes goals to be attained by the subordinate staffs.
-Inspects respective staff functions and activities as scheduled and discuss results in staff meetings.
-Makes sure all Operations activities are conducted professionally with current regulations and procedures.
-Performs other duties directed by Deputy CC, Group CC, or SASI/ASI.
-Counseling will be given to the Operations Squadron commander if cadet fails to do their job.
-If cadet continues to fail their duties, then cadet will be removed from position and replaced.
-Reports to Operations Commander
-Assists the squadron commander in maintaining the event.
-Makes and Records the sign-in sheets.
-Ensures that all cadets signed up for the event are all present and accounted for.
-Makes sure that all cadets are safe throughout the event.
-Performs other tasks directed by the Operations squadron commander, Deputy Commander, Group Commander, or SASI/ASI
-Counseling will be given to the Current Staff officer if cadet fails to do their job.

-Plans and Coordinates all AFJROTC co-curricular activities, field trips, and other events.
-Assists the SASI/ASI in Scheduling cadets for base visits, curricular action trips, and other activities.
-Makes sign-up sheets, SOPs, and memorandums for each event.
-Updates the calendar on upcoming events each week.
-Performs other tasks directed by Operations Commander, Deputy Commander, Group Commander, or SASI/ASI.
-Counseling will be given to the Planning Staff Officer if cadet fails to do their job.

-Supervises the Flight Sergeant and cadets within Flight.
-Manages and supervises the mission of the flight, and keeps the Command Chief, Group CC, and the Squadrons informed on flight status

-Documents and Counsels cadets on their performance.

-Ensures Professional appearance, discipline, training and conduct of the Logistics Squadron.

-Makes sure all Logistics activities are conducted professionally with current regulations and procedures.
- Performs other duties directed by Deputy Commander, Group Commander, or SASI/ASI.
- Performs inventory of uniforms and equipment weekly.

-Assists ASI in the issue, receipt, and accounting in all items of the uniforms, textbooks, equipment, and supplies related to the Operation of the Unit.

-Maintains a Logistics main computer data place under direct supervision of the SASI/ASI.
-Conducts monthly inventories of uniform (Selected) and accountable equipment.

-Supervises the preparation and presentation of the topic of interest to elementary and middle school students.
-Ensure that cadets conduct research, rehearse, and are familiar with topics that to be presented.

-If cadet continues to fail their duties, then cadet will be removed from position and replaced.

-Maintains all cadet personal records.
-Annotates awards and decorations, promotions, staff jobs and academic history in applicable section of cadet personnel record.
-Files special orders for promotions, awards etc. In cadet files.
-Files all documentation in the corps or cadet record.
-Performs other duties directed by Mission Support CC, Deputy CC, Group CC, or SASI/ASI.
-Counseling will be given to the Personnel Officer if cadet fails to do their job.
