Hey all! This is Ms. Mays, and I am in the process of becoming healthier and staying active. In an effort to hold myself accountable and have some fun in the process, I wanted to CHALLENGE YOU to workout with me! I will be working out each day, in the comfort of my own home, using the website below. It is free and you can create your own account! You can then customize the workouts, just like we customize instruction! You wanna workout for only 10 minutes? No problem! There is a setting for that. Only want to work your legs? Got it covered-click leg workout! It is so easy and fun! I will be tracking on this page which workout I complete each day and how long it is. I will also track my daily steps. My goals are listed below. I challenge you to create your own goals and workout with me!

At least 10,000 steps daily
Work out each day for at least 30 minutes
Drink 1 gallon of water daily
