Ms. Bebyn has been a school psychologist for 16 years.
She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from
University of Mary Washington in Virginia. She then
relocated to Connecticut and graduated from UCONN
with a Master's and Sixth Year Degree in School
Psychology in 2000. She has worked as a school
psychologist for several districts, including Windsor,
CREC, and EastConn before starting at RHAM three
years ago. She has 2 children of her own, Kate and
Will. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends,
and pets, reading, swimming and being outdoors.

Mrs. Dandan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified School Social Worker. She graduated from ECSU with a BS in Psychology and received her MSW from Southern Connecticut State University. This is Mrs. Dandan's fourth year as a RHAM employee, but she was our AHM Student Support Services Counselor at RHAM middle for two years prior. She has also worked with Coventry High School and Groton Public Schools in the past. Mrs. Dandan has a background working in IICAPS, FFT, and Outpatient therapy. In her free time, Mrs. Dandan enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her dogs, family and close friends. Mrs. Dandan has three children of her own, a 3 year old boy, and twin baby girls. Mrs. Dandan specializes in working with students struggling with school attendance due to their mental health and splits her time at RHAM between the Middle School and High School.

Ms. Carlman is the AHM Clinician for RHAM Middle School. Ms. Carlman is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate and certified School Counselor. While originally from Connecticut, Ms. Carlman graduated from the University of La Verne in California with a B.A. in Education, then returned to Connecticut to earn her M.A in Counselor Education from CCSU. Previously, Ms. Carlman has also worked in Bristol and Glastonbury school districts and has a background working in outpatient therapy. During her free time Ms. Carlman enjoys spending time with family, working on cooking recipes, and spending time in the outdoors.
Dr. Castillo is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist who earned her B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Spanish and Political Science, from the University of St. Joseph (formerly St. Joseph College). Dr. Castillo earned her M.S. and 6th Year Certificate in School Psychology from the University of Hartford with a specialization in clinical counseling for children. Dr. Castillo then earned her doctorate in School Psychology from Loyola University, Chicago with focuses in both educational administration and advanced practitioner counseling. Dr. Castillo has clinical and research interests in non-suicidal self-injury, risk/threat assessments, and crisis prevention and mitigation. Dr. Castillo has been part of the RHAM community since December 2019, first as a long-term substitute, and then as a permanent member of the school community beginning in the fall of 2020. Prior to becoming a RHAM Raptor, Dr. Castillo worked as a School Psychologist in a large suburban school district. In her free time, Dr. Castillo enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, reading, crafting, painting, and gardening, especially fruits, vegetables, and cut flowers. Dr. Castillo is looking forward to the upcoming year at RHAM Middle School!
