At RHA the importance of continuing professional development is paramount to support new teaching techniques, share best practice, and apply fresh approaches to teaching that allows us all to improve our ability both for students, as well as expand our own personal opportunity within the teaching industry.

The key to effective CPD is to ensure it is personal, relevant and sustainable to you, which will help to ensure overall usefulness and progression. In addition to our whole school CPD and bespoke paid courses, RHA has signposted a number of free online courses under four distinct headings. These courses are free to access at any time.

We do ask that you complete a short online evaluation form after any course completion to help us monitor the quality of the courses offered and their intended impact.
