In order for our policy to be put into place, there are numerous steps that need to happen.

-First, the county must pass a law that requires the people who live outside the city limits but inside the 3 mile development radius to follow the same rules as those who sit inside the city limit.

-Next, while this law is being put into action we the people should take responsibility and buy or build some sort of bear proof container that will secure your trash to keep the bears out.

Last but not least, Police should start enforcing and giving tickets to those who don't comply with the law that has been passed.

This is a big issue, it not only affects us and our town but the bears as well . If we all take action and put our part we can all be happy and healthy!
