“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
Called to Build Bridges Through Vulnerability
I was called to be a bridge builder by being vulnerable to a hostile world. In many spaces, I have had to lead without a roadmap—breaking stained glass ceilings, crossing cultural divides, and creating room for others to follow. I believe that “otherness” is not something to fear or erase—it is a point of connection, a reflection of God's creative power in human diversity.
Forming Global Leaders for a Glocal Church
I am committed to developing global leaders who can serve a glocal church—one that is deeply rooted in local contexts while fully engaged with the global Body of Christ. In an era of ever-expanding cultural intersections, we need leaders who embody both cultural intelligence (CQ) and cultural humility (CH). These qualities are not optional—they are essential for navigating complexity, building authentic relationships, and leading communities shaped by migration, technology, and global interdependence. My work in theological education and ministry formation has always aimed to raise up such leaders—those who can serve with wisdom, compassion, and cross-cultural fluency.
A Theology of Inclusion and Justice
I believe every person bears the image of a creative and liberating God. Diversity is not a flaw to overcome but part of God’s sacred design. Love without justice is not love. And oppression—in any form—has no place in the church. My ministry is grounded in inclusion, equity, and the prophetic call to justice as essential expressions of our faith.
The Church as a Transformative Force
I believe in the power of Christ not only to heal individuals but to transform systems. As followers of Jesus, we are called to speak for those who cannot speak—immigrants, the underprivileged, and the marginalized—and to build a more just, compassionate world. The Gospel compels us to act with courage and conviction.
Education as Ministry
Education is a spiritual discipline in my ministry. It is a tool for liberation, leadership, and formation. Whether creating global digital learning platforms or mentoring doctoral students, I have always prioritized equipping leaders who can serve a church that is diverse, faithful, and forward-thinking.
