I graduated from Towson University in 2008 with a B.S./M.S. in Occupational Therapy (OT) & minor in Psychology. With experience in both pediatric & rehabilitation settings, I've spent my career helping individuals improve function, regulation, and overall well-being.
I was instantly passionate about the profound benefits of CST after taking the CST1 course through Upledger Institute in 2014. I incorporated it in my treatments as an OT working to rehabilitate patients in the nursing home setting that were often bedridden & in pain. After several years I transitioned back to the pediatric field & although working on body & emotional regulation in other ways with children with autism & sensory processing difficulties the fit dissipated for full CST treatments.
Fast forward several years, I moved my family back to my east coast roots & I discovered people knew about & were receiving CST treatments here! I decided it was the perfect time & place to fully immerse myself in the CST path!
I completed CST1 again Feb 2026 & then CST2 in May of 2026. I plan to take Somatic Emotional Release 1&2 (a continuation of the CST program) in the near future. I am also personally interested in sound & vibration healing & incorporate aspects of that in my practice as well.
Nervous system regulation is something that has long hit home for me as a mother of 2 active boys & with a personal diagnosis of ADD & anxiety. I incorporate yoga, breath work, meditation, & sound healing into my daily routines but fully empathize with the daily struggle many of us have to regulate our nervous systems & how it impacts our lives in so many ways.
I am eternally grateful for CST practice & excited to share it with people in this capacity. It feels incredibly rewarding & magical for me to provide this treatment. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you & help your body achieve balance, alignment, regulation, restoration, & deep healing!
