Strategic Plan Goals

Performance: Continue to enhance and grow excellent performance by utilizing personalized learning experiences that meet the unique needs of students. Differentiate and enhance the student experience through the support of academic, artistic, athletic and additional opportunities to create a well-rounded individual.

Financial Stewardship & Accountability: Manage district resources effectively through transparent and accountable methods to deliver an excellent education for students and opportunities for the community we serve.

Facilities: Create facilities in a fiscally responsible manner to provide a safe and cost-effective environment to enhance student success and support the positive growth of the community.

Technology Integration and Infrastructure: Implement and utilize STEAM that will support operations and innovative instruction for communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity. Explore and implement the technology plan that will support operations and technology instruction. Staff: Continually attract, retain and develop a high-quality staff to produce an excellent educational experience for our students, which results in excellent measurable outcomes.

Student Well Being & Safety: Provide an environment that is safe and encourages smart behavioral choices. Offer resources that support the emotional well-being of all students and staff.

Communication, Collaboration & Partnerships: To communicate, collaborate and partner with Revere Local School District stakeholders to create a community-wide ownership of the 2016-2019 Strategic Plan.

Accountability: Oversee the implementation of the Strategic Plan.
