Please provide the email address of the person who will be in charge of setting up the Zapier integrations between your CRM and the RevBoss app (if applicable). You can find instructions for this process here. You can find a video walkthrough of this process here.

In order for your Account Manager to be able to send lead data into your CRM, you will need to transfer ownership of your newly created Zapier connection. There is a video walkthrough of this process here. 

From time to time Zapier connections can come disconnected because of a change in log-in credentials or privacy settings, software update, or for seemingly no reason at all. If this happens, you can follow the instructions here to reconnect your CRM.
