We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Press Pause. Please review these booking terms before reserving your spot.

Your reservation

Press Pause is hosted by RE-TOOL Marketing, Inc. Your reservation includes the full three-night retreat experience and the accommodations selected at checkout, along with the inclusions listed on the retreat website when you book.

Prices are per person unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Transportation to and from the property is your responsibility.

Room assignments

You’ll receive your room assignment upon arrival. Your booking reserves a room category rather than a specific bedroom. Photographs show examples; individual rooms, bed sizes, and layouts vary.

Premium Suites include a private bedroom and private bathroom. Signature Singles include a private bedroom with a shared bathroom.

Signature Doubles are for two guests booking together, with separate beds and a shared bathroom. Both guests must have paid reservations. We’ll confirm the sleeping arrangement with you before booking.

If your plans change

You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a refund, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of your payment, provided the retreat has not begun. Email hello@re-markability.com within that window and include the name and email address used for your booking.

After 24 hours, payments are nonrefundable, except as described below or required by applicable law. This includes cancellations due to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or other personal circumstances. Missed attendance, late arrivals, and early departures do not qualify for partial refunds.

Because this is a small retreat, your reservation commits a limited place and accommodations to you.

Transferring your reservation

If you cannot attend, you’re welcome to request a transfer to another guest who meets the retreat’s participation requirements.

Transfers require our written approval before the retreat begins. The replacement guest must accept these booking terms and complete the required participant waiver. Please contact hello@re-markability.com before making arrangements. We cannot guarantee that we’ll find a replacement guest for you.

If we cancel or change the dates

If we cancel the retreat, you’ll receive a full refund of the retreat payments you made to us.

If we reschedule the retreat, you may choose to move your reservation to the new dates or receive a full refund of your retreat payments.

These options also apply if cancellation or rescheduling results from circumstances beyond our control. We do not reimburse transportation costs or other expenses booked separately. Please consider that possibility when making travel arrangements.

Retreat activities

The schedule and individual activities may change because of weather, facilitator availability, or other circumstances. We’ll communicate significant changes as promptly as possible. Minor schedule changes do not qualify for a refund.

Participant waiver

Each attendee must complete and sign the participant waiver before attending. We’ll email it after booking so you have time to review it and ask questions.

The waiver is a separate document covering participation risks and related permissions. You may request a copy before booking by emailing hello@re-markability.com.

By completing your booking and accepting these terms at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.
