Who can request training?
Campus and district leaders can request training when they see a need for improving a collection of related skills for their staff. If the training need is a single skill or for a single person, consider utilizing a Job Aid or submitting a Service Desk ticket for faster resolution.
How do I complete the training request?
Campus and district leaders, click this IS Training Appointment Calendar link to book a quick 15 minute diagnostic session so we can learn more about your training request and properly prepare for them. Select a calendar date highlighted with a blue circle, and a suitable time from the available slots. Complete the prompted fields, then click "Book" to confirm. Your diagnostic request is complete. Again, this does not book a training; it schedules a quick Meet to learn more about your needs.
What can I expect next?
Your work calendar will be automatically populated upon booking the diagnostic request. At the end of the diagnostic meeting, we will schedule a time for the training, and notify all involved parties. We look forward to meeting your needs and the needs of your staff.
