Administrative Access – Withdrawing a Student

Entering Withdrawal information for a student who is no longer enrolled in an entity enables users to indicate if a student transfers to another entity or organization, if the student is promoted to another entity, if the student has graduated from your entity, or if the student is dropping out. As the withdrawal information for the enrollment record is completed, the student can be dropped from any current classes, or the student's class records can be deleted if no grades or attendance records are present. If the student also has a future enrollment record, that record can be deleted.
