Work closely in coordination with School Administration, Architects and General Contractors to design and deliver a quality facility, while maintaining the scope, schedule, and budget of new construction, renovation and new campus construction projects
Provide Construction Management Oversight for large and small projects involving new construction or renovations and ensure its clients receive the highest value services.
We manage risks associated with the construction process so that programs, students, faculty, and staff can remain your priorities.
Coordinate with the Development Department to procure property for new schools and expansion of existing campuses
Manage the procurement of fixtures, furniture and equipment for new schools
Assist in the administration of construction related warranties
Oversee the Construction Safety Program to ensure safe activities during construction projects on campuses or in the field
