INTERNET DOWNLOADS: Vendors who have not obtained this solicitation document directly from ResponsiveEd Texas, or who may have downloaded the document from ResponsiveEd Texas' website, are responsible for immediately notifying ResponsiveEd Texas of their interest in order to receive all written addenda on a timely basis. Vendors who submit proposals without receipt of all addenda issued may be deemed to have submitted proposals not responsive to this Request for Proposal solicitation. 

By submitting a RFP (or RFPs), each offeror agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the School, the Architect and their respective employees arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation or recommendation of any RFP; waiver of any requirements under the RFP Documents; acceptance or rejection of any RFP; and award of Contract.  

ResponsiveEd Texas, an open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for a General Contractor to perform construction services on a project at: Founders Classical Academy High School Flower Mound, 4901 Cross Timbers Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75028. This project is to level the foundation via lifting the slab by foam injection and replacing or repairing damaged plumbing, finishes, flooring, doors and walls after leveling the foundation. ResponsiveEd Texas Construction Services intends to evaluate responses and select a General Contractor in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.151-155. of the Texas Government Code.

Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 pm, on March 31, 2026. Inquiries may be submitted in writing no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the proposal’s due date. Sealed proposals will be opened at 2:00 pm, on March 31, 2026, at the school’s central administrative offices located at 1301 Waters Ridge Drive, Lewisville, TX 75057.

ResponsiveEd Texas reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFP, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest of the Responsive Education Solutions. Responses should be submitted sealed and plainly marked: “FCA FLOWER MOUND FOUNDATION REPAIR PROJECT” and sent to the attention of Steve Hilton, Deputy Program Director of Construction. Late responses will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
