ResponsiveEd Texas, a Texas open-enrollment Charter School, is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for a General Contractor to perform construction services on a project at 650 Bennett Lane, Lewisville TX, 75057, 1800 Lakeway Dr. Lewisville TX 75057 and, 1301 Waters Ridge Dr. Lewisville TX 75057.  Project to include patch and paint capping off of services, demo of floor and repair, carpet installation, demo of millwork, along with door modifications and install, classroom signage, and will include additional Miscellaneous Work. ResponsiveEd Texas Construction Services intends to evaluate responses and select a contractor in a 1 step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269-251-258 of the Texas Educational Code.
