Submission Process
The CTE Photo Library will showcase engaging images of programs and students from across the state. We are looking for your favorite shots of your students and teachers in action!
How to submit your photos:
Capture or assemble your photos and name each file using the following format:
CDN#_DistrictName_photonumber.jpg (example: 105906_HaysCISD_photo01.jpg ). Look up your CDN# here.Download and complete the Photo Library Submission Form below (be sure to include your contact information in case we have questions).
Complete a TEA Photo Release for each student or adult depicted in each image.
Zip up your photos and forms to make your upload process easier (i.e., on a PC or Mac, select the files, right-click, then choose "Zip" or "Compress." Name the compressed file CDN#_DistrictName_CTEPhotos.zip (example 105906_HaysCISD_CTEPhotos.zip).
Upload your submission form, images, and TEA Photo Releases to TEA's ShareFile folder at:
