Young Adults 

It can be tricky navigating the world as a young adult. The challenges of figuring out who you are, where you belong, and what you want your life to look like can feel stressful and lonely.  It can feel like all of a sudden a curtain was pulled back and you aren't sure how you landed here or where you are supposed to go next.   You are told "the world is your oyster", but what if you don't like oysters!? Or what if you can't find the pearl!? Therapy can be a space to process all of these thoughts, feelings and experiences, discover who you are becoming and create your life according to your best hopes, dreams and values.
