Prices and details here apply to solo flute performance at weddings within a one hour drive of Salt Lake City. For longer distances or larger ensembles, please contact me to discuss specifics.
Live music adds a beautiful and personal touch to your wedding celebration. I can provide music for your ceremony, including prelude, processional, recessional, and postlude. Additional music for unity ceremonies, extended prelude, cocktail hour, or other wedding events can be added per your individual needs. I can choose music for you, or take requests, and I offer an In-depth zoom consultation option. I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance but may be available in a shorter time frame.

Standard Ceremony Booking - $350
Standard Ceremony Music - Includes prelude, processional, bridal processional, recessional, and postlude, approximate 30 minutes worth of music, complimentary 30 minute zoom consultation
Add-On Services
Extended performance time - $50/30 minutes, or $75/hour (note: minimum 15 minute break required for performances longer than an hour)
Rehearsal Performance (separate day) - $150 (plus travel, if applicable)
Videography release - $50 (allows recording of my playing to be used in professionally produced video of your event)
Recordings - $200 for recording of all ceremony music or $50 per piece (~5 minutes each)
Travel - travel fees apply for venues outside Salt Lake County, contact me for specific details
Attire - specific custom attire (outside of traditional performance black) may be available, contact me for specific details
Music Selection
Music Selection
Unless you know the specific pieces you would like, I recommend choosing from one of three styles: classical, hymns, or popular music.
Classical - pieces by Bach, Mozart, and other classical composers, some examples include Pachabel’s Cannon in D, Wagner’s Bridal March, Bach’s “Sheep may safely graze”, or Handel’s “Music for the royal fireworks"
Hymns- examples include Ave Maria and Amazing Grace
Popular Music- examples include Elvis’s “I can’t help falling in love”, The Beatles’ “Here comes the sun”, John Legend’s “All of You", or music from Disney movies or Broadway musicals
I can take requests for specific songs, although they must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event. Fees may apply for last-minute requests.
Booking includes a complimentary 30 minute zoom consultation. If you would like to be more involved with musical selection, I offer an additional in-depth zoom consultation (~45 minutes) that includes sample song performances. This is an additional $75 and requires a contract and deposit before scheduling.
If you would like a larger musical ensemble, I may be able to assemble one for you. Pricing will increase with each additional musician.
