Meet The Team

Jason is the broker and Property Manager at Spirit Rentals. He has many years of experience managing rental properties and is a licensed agent in Missouri. 

Melonie is the Office Assistant at Spirit Rentals and she helps with daily operations in the office, vendor billing and utilities.

Rena brings over 15 years of experience to our team and oversees the day-to-day operations, scheduling vendors and managing tenant leases. 

Mica is our Leasing Agent and helps with listings, showing properties, leasing and collecting payments. 

Emilie is the face of our front office and helps with payments, scheduling showings, communication and more. Come in and say hi!

Mindy takes care of our annual property inspections and updating owners on the condition of their investments.

Blake is in charge of responding to our work orders, inspections, scheduling maintenance, and overall upkeep of our properties. 

Thom is our full-time maintenance guy who can fix just about anything, but what he really wants to do is tinker with old cars. 

Dan is a great addition to our maintenance team and brings many years of experience. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his grandson. 

Kevin works as an apprentice under his dad, Dan, in our Maintenance Department. He is a fast learner and they make a great team.

Maxlyn is here to assist Jason and help with marketing. Her and her husband, Darius, just welcomed their little girl, Daisy  (who may be appearing in our TikTok videos, coming soon). 

Shawn is our newest addition to the maintenance team and is off to a great start. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife, his two boys, and their three dogs (we haven't figured out which ones are his favorites-the boys or the dogs?)
