Melonie is the Office Assistant at Spirit Rentals and she helps with daily operations in the office, vendor billing and utilities.

Rena brings over 16 years of experience as the Property Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations, scheduling vendors, building owner relationships and managing tenant leases.

Mica is our Showing Agent and helps with listings, scheduling showings, and showing properties.

Maxlyn is part of the leasing team with a focus on marketing. Her and her husband, Darius, just welcomed their little girl, Daisy.

Dan is the head of our maintenance team and brings many years of experience. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his grandson. 

Thom is our full-time maintenance guy who can fix just about anything, but what he really wants to do is tinker with old cars. 

Blake is in charge of inspections and monitoring the overall upkeep of our properties. 

Kevin works as an apprentice under his dad, Dan, in our Maintenance Department. He is a fast learner and they make a great team.

Mindy takes care of our annual property inspections and updating owners on the condition of their investments.

Shawn is our newest addition to the maintenance team and is off to a great start. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife, his two boys, and their three dogs.
