Parent Communication Checklist

1. Bookmark www.renbrook.org

2. Be sure we have your correct email address

You can edit your email address at any point by clicking on your name in the top tool bar, then selecting profile. To be sure you don't miss any vital school info, it is also wise to alert us of any changes in contact information (jcaswell@renbrook.org).

3. Set Your Notifications for email and Text

Go under your Name Menu (top right) > Settings > Notifications

This is the ONLY way to receive certain announcements and news from myRenbrook (like from Class Bulletin Boards ).

4. Visit the Parent Resource Board Weekly (at least)

This contains tabs to vital parent communication tools. It includes division-specific information, photos, videos, sign-ups, forms and more.

Check this at least once a week.

5. Check the News Tab

Under the News tab, you will find recent changes, like newly posted dates, and any important news that needs to be behind the protection of a password.

6. Check Your Child(ren)'s Class Bulletin Boards Often

Homeroom and subject area teachers have a space to keep you informed about class happenings — the class Bulletin Boards. Here's a short video showing you how to locate them.

Be sure to add renbrook@myschoolemails.com to your address book to ensure delivery of school emails.
