There are many resources available for you to access books, eBooks and audiobooks this summer. Please use this page as a reference to help you find a wealth of reading materials during the summer months.
Sora eBooks- Woodland's eBook digital library that includes a wide variety of eBooks and audiobooks. You can access this in the "Region16bookmarks" on your Chromebook. *Your Library Card is your school username and your PIN is your school password. You can also download the Sora app and search for Regional School District #16 on other smart devices.
2025 Sora Sweet Summer Reads Sora is offering a special collection of free, simultaneous-use ebooks (and select audiobooks).
eGO - CT State Library "Palace app" eGO is the Connecticut State Library’s statewide digital book platform, currently being rolled out to academic, school, and public libraries. eBook and eAudiobooks are accessible in the Palace App (egoct.org).
Audible - Free eBooks & Stories - Free audio books and podcasts from Audible that does not require membership.
