April is all about diving into Principle 5 from Taking the Lead. This is an asynchronous month, so you can take your time reflecting and sharing your thoughts in a way that works best for you.

What’s the Focus?

📖 Read: Principle 5 (Pages 207–249) – Explore how this principle can shape your leadership and inspire growth.

📝 Reflect: Use your journal to capture key ideas, thought-provoking quotes, and anything that resonates or challenges you.

🎯 Share:

• Post your response to at least one reflection question on the Reflection Padlet.

• Add your favorite quotes 💡, things that challenged you 🤔, or any other thoughts in the Other section.

• Engage with your peers by commenting on their reflections.
