The PLM+ rollout "unofficially" started during the fall of 2020. Support included synchronous (virtual) sessions to share best practices with the Design Essentials and weekly emails that focused on 1 - 2 Design Essentials/week.
The resources below gives team leaders curated suggestions, ideas, and timelines for sharing the PLM+ with team members. The spreadsheet will be updated throughout 2021.
Design synchronous or asynchronous activities around these tasks, but keep the PLM in mind when delivering the information.
